G6 Commercial Finance Ltd is committed to conducting all of its business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our dealings and relationships.

Our Commitment

We will constantly evaluate and improve our practices to combat bribery and corruption. Where appropriate, specific employees receive training on the prevention of bribery and corruption. All employees are expected to report any concerns about bribery or corruption to their line manager or directly to the Compliance team.

What We Expect

We expect the following from all employees, contractors, and third parties acting on our behalf:

To not offer, promise, give, or accept any bribe, whether cash or other benefit.
To not facilitate payments to public officials to expedite routine government actions.
To avoid conflicts of interest between personal activities and company business.
To ensure that all business gifts and hospitality are appropriate and not excessive.
To report any suspected bribery or corruption immediately to management.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Any employee or representative found to have been involved in bribery or corruption will face disciplinary action, which may result in termination of their engagement with the company. In serious cases, criminal prosecution may be pursued. We will also report any identified violations to the appropriate authorities.
